OUR MANIFESTO

In a world that so often objectifies people, DETAILS provides a more human and humane experience. We are an agency that focuses on our artists first and foremost by including them throughout our process. Diversity, inclusion, and authenticity are at the very center of most of our current discussions, but actively engaging with these words in our daily practices is key to what makes DETAILS different from other agencies. Models, agents, photographers, and every other collaborator on a project should be on an equal level in order to cooperate and make this community a better place. That is why DETAILS works with the human experience at its very core. Transparency, respect, and a meticulous attention to detail, safety, and comfort are at the forefront of every collaboration.

The name DETAILS comes from a desire to rethink the industry’s language. Rather than looking for perfection, we’re aiming to emphasize the good and the beautiful that comes out of every artist we work with, from an obviously detail-oriented perspective. Rather than focus on a model’s measurements, height, or skin texture, we are interested in the details that make you “you.” We’re tired of reading and hearing about words such as “imperfections.” Our goal is to emphasize beauty in all its multitudes.

THE PERSON BEHIND DETAILS

As a nonbinary model and someone with acne, I’ve experienced my fair share of weird moments on sets. I’ve heard people talk about my acne in front of me as if I wasn’t there, I’ve been actively misgendered, and my chosen name and pronouns haven’t been respected. My goal for DETAILS is to work to ensure that this won’t happen to any of the artists I work with. I want our artists and models to feel safe, respected, and in good hands, and I don’t want to offer anything less to anyone joining our team. As a queer, gender non-conforming person, it is important to me that people feel that their identities are welcome as they are.

As someone with a background in literary studies, I know the importance of language and communication, and I want to ensure good communications between all parties involved.
